We can build your Custom Website with a minimum of fuss.
Here’s how our 5 step Easy Business Website plan works…
Step One: A Free Consultation Just call us on: 1300 739 515 or email us at: This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it We will arrange a suitable time for one of our website consultants to call on you to discuss your needs. You can usually count on about 45 minutes for this meeting. We will discuss the particular requirements of your business or organization and suggest the most suitable ways of addressing those requirements within the design and functions to be built into your new website. If you have access to the internet where our meeting takes place, we will show you some examples of websites we have designed and demonstrate the particular features and functions we discuss with you to give you a real feel for what your site will be able to do. If you have made any notes on what features or layouts you like, or if you have noticed a particular website that appeals to you, now is the time to discuss these things with your consultant. Step Two: A written Quote Within three business days of your meeting with your website consultant we will deliver a Written Quote to you. The Written Quote will detail all of the aspects of the website design and hosting packages that were discussed, and each aspect of the design will be individually priced. This itemised quoting method allows you to identify the separate costs of each part of your new website. You can also decide at this point whether the quote fits within your immediate budget. There may well be certain functions or aspects of the website that are not needed immediately. You now have the option of tailoring your own quote to your budgetary needs of the moment by removing any items (and the cost associated with them) from the initial build. Remember, once the website is built and is working for you on the world wide web, features can be added on at a later time. Once you are happy with the quote and wish to proceed, simply sign the approval slip at the foot of the page and fax or mail it back to us to begin the building phase of the five step plan. Step Three: The paperwork and deposit Yes...I’m afraid there is some paperwork, but we promise to keep it to a minimum. Before we can proceed with the construction of your website we will need to affirm our responsibilities to each other in writing as well as detailing the agreed costs and payment conditions for the task we are about to perform. The deposit is paid at this point, (one third of the quoted price). We can now register your Domain Name (website name) for you in preparation for the construction of your new website. Step Four: The design work Our Artistic Designer will prepare a selection of concept designs for your approval based on the information gathered by your website consultant at your initial meeting and any follow up calls. These concept designs are usually ready for viewing within seven days. Now is the time to provide us with a copy of your logo and any text or images you want to use on your website. Once you have viewed the concept designs, and chosen one you like, we then take a second progress payment. Step Five: The Big Day! This part of the process normally takes up to fourteen days, (depending on the size of your website), but will depend also on how soon you can supply us with the information you want to place on your website. When our Designers have entered all of the content into your website and you have proofed it and are completely happy with the appearance and the functions, simply sign the authorisation slip and we will place it onto the world wide web. (this is when we take our final payment). How easy is that?
